The initial phase of centrality comprises a total of 425 houses divided into 50 single-storey houses, 119 duplexes and 256 apartments. Wilker Ngola, responsible for the work at the company Kora Angola, in statements to Angop, said that the more than 400 houses could be delivered at the end of the first quarter of 2022.
A 12-room primary school, a health post, a children's center and 48 stores will also be part of the center, said the official.
The project's sale process is scheduled for June next year.
