Those interested in participating in the public tender have until October 29 to submit their applications.
According to Jornal de Angola, candidates will have to pay 60,000 kwanzas in order to obtain the tender specifications, and the guarantee is signed at 5 per cent of the general price of the proposal.
At issue are 21 buildings located in Urbanização Vida Pacífica, located in the municipality of Viana, which have been vandalized and which currently require various types of rehabilitation works, internally and externally, to regain sufficient living conditions.
The project is divided into six lots, with a deadline of eight months for the completion of each of the lots.
The economically most advantageous proposal, taking into account the requirements described in the specifications, will have priority, writes Jornal de Angola.
It should be recalled that, as part of a process of recovering assets that were in the possession of China International Fund Limited, these buildings were seized in February 2020 by the Attorney General's Office.
