The governor also left guidelines for municipal administrations to not only encourage the training of cooperatives in the agricultural sector, but also simplify the granting of land and titles, thus enabling access to financing from FADA and other financial entities, writes Angop.
Addressing those who benefited from the means, she asked them to take care of the equipment and to comply with their obligations, especially reimbursements, in order to enable more farmers to have access to financing.
