Angola and Cape Verde lose again in the Basketball World Cup

Angola and Cape Verde lost again in the Basketball World Cup, with South Sudan (101-78) and Japan (80-71), respectively, in the phase of awarding 17th to 32nd places in the competition taking place in the Philippines , Japan and Indonesia.

The Cape Verdean team debuted in 28th place among the 32 participants in the 2023 World Cup.
