In a statement, to which VerAngola had access, the institute informs that, under the Privatization Program (2019-2022), "the 1st phase of the 4th wave for the privatization of industrial units located in the Special Economic Zone is open, through a public tender through the Electronic Auction Portal, in the form of asset disposal".
Six industrial units will be privatized, namely Inducamar, Inducon, Labcontrol, Pivangola, Sidurex and Tensão BT.
Those interested in participating can submit their application until 3:30 pm on 17 October, on the Electronic Auction Portal.
The electronic auction, "will start on October 18, 2022 at 00:00 and end on October 19, 2022 at 1:59 pm", informs IGAPE.
The entity also mentions that the terms of reference of the contest "establish the scheduling of visits in accordance with the visit calendar" (which can be consulted here), so that "the investor can carry out the recognition and surveys necessary for a good assessment of the quality of the asset".
Thus, visits must be scheduled in advance. Scheduling must be done by e-mail, indicating the "date on which the visit to the asset is intended to be carried out" and the "number of participants for each interested entity".
