The project began with the installation of its first kiosk at the Centro Cultural Paz-Flor, but the objective is to expand the network to the streets of the capital.
According to the announcement made by the chef on his Instagram, 'O Kioske' concerns "a project of kiosks in strategic locations with a lot of customer turnover, where quick dishes will be the dish of the day".
At the kiosk, customers will find bakery products, pastries, snacks and fresh drinks, says Ricardo Helton.
Among the chef's intentions is the opening, within a year, of 10 more kiosks, expected to generate 60 new jobs, writes Platinaline.
