Bodiva marks the start of the sale of Caixa Angola shares on the stock exchange with Opening Bell

Bodiva announced this Wednesday that it will mark the beginning of the sale of shares in Caixa Angola on the stock exchange with an Opening Bell.

In a statement sent to VerAngola, Bodiva informs that "it will promote an Opening Bell to mark the admission to trading of Banco Caixa Geral Angola (BCGA) on the Stock Exchange Market", with the symbolic ceremony taking place this Thursday , September 29, in the capital.

The event starts at 8:00 am with the reception of guests and will be marked by the presentation of institutional videos as well as the opening speech by the Chairman of Bodiva's Executive Committee, Walter Pacheco. The Opening Bell is scheduled to take place at 9:25 am.

"The reception for guests begins at 8:00 am, followed at 9:05 am by the presentation of institutional videos and, at 9:10 am, the opening speech by the President of Bodiva's Executive Committee, Walter Pacheco. At 9:20 am the countdown begins until Opening Bell, which takes place at 09:25 am", says Bodiva.

After 9:30 am, Bodiva said, it will be the turn of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of BCGA, João Plácido Pires, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of IGAPE, Patrício Vilar, to speak.

The closing of the ceremony will be the responsibility of the Minister of State for Economic Coordination, Manuel Nunes Júnior.

Bodiva also mentions that this ceremony takes place "within the scope of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 5,000,000 shares representing 25 percent of the share capital of BCGA held by Sonangol".
