The school institution, which previously had five classrooms, with the rehabilitation now has three more, totaling eight classrooms, a teachers' room, a pedagogical director's room, a director-general's room, a canteen, reprography , secretary and five more bathrooms.
In a statement from the Provincial Government of Luanda to which VerAngola had access, the Governor expressed satisfaction with the new image of the school, which had the contribution of the population, whose gesture thanked all those who participated in its construction.
The "new" school institution currently has 280 students from initiation to first grade, working only in the morning shift. According to the director of this school unit, Dolivir de Oliveira, the next classes will be implemented in the next academic year.
The school, which from now on is named "Domingos Francisco Naval", is a tribute to the Administrator of the Urban District of Rangel, who before his death had already started works so that this social infrastructure had a better image and better conditions for students and teachers.
Duarte Paulo, a relative of the administrator, thanked the tribute paid to Domingos Francisco Naval, referring that, for the relatives, it reflects a dignified and consoling gesture.
