Kwanza Norte province gets hospital with hemodialysis services in 2022

Adriano Mendes de Carvalho, governor of Kwanza Norte, announced that the province will, starting next year, gain a hospital with hemodialysis services.

:

"The province will soon benefit from a hospital with 200 beds. Logically, in this new hospital we will have not only the hemodialysis system but also all the other health services," said the provincial governor, speaking to Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).

According to RNA, besides the hospital unit, it is also estimated that the province will gain, in 2022, other infrastructures of social impact.

The governor admitted that the province is developing and added that it is expected that in the next year all the municipalities and communes will be electrified: "In terms of electrification, the province is well. Until next year, we want to believe that the province of Kwanza Norte may become the first province or one of the provinces that will have all its municipalities and communes electrified".

Speaking in the context of João Lourenço's visit to Kwanza Norte, the official said that the President "will find a province in a beautiful phase".
