The readjustment will be made starting this Thursday, October 1st, according to the deputy director of Movicel, Hélquio Vieira Dias, in declarations to Angop.
"As a result of the clients' complaints, we have met and are making a tariff adjustment of the Karga Leve, Karga Nice and Karga Tudo plans, from October 1st," he said.
The responsible emphasized that the complaints of the clients, manifested in the last days in the socal networks, led Movicel to "make adjustments for the three most consumed plans".
Hélquio Vieira Dias explained that these adjustments will include customers who have made chargings of their tariffs as of September 15, the date on which the changes came into force.
"Movicel is reviewing the validity of the plans and resolving the issue of the benefits of each plan," he said, adding that a team is already working on the changes and that their result will be revealed soon.
The deputy director of the operator also said that Movicel is investing in improving its network. To ensure the quality and improvement of services the operator has an operating and investment cost of over 70 percent, he said, admitting that the changes are the result of the investments the company has made to improve the service.
According to the changes, for example the Karga Leve plan, for seven days of balance, now cost 1500 kwanzas against the previous 850 kwanzas. The Karga Nice, which cost 2200 kwanzas for 30 days of balance has decreased to 2000 kwanzas.
The Karga Tudo plan, for 30 days of balance cost 3900 kwanzas and offered 750 minutes of voice for Movicel and 80 for other networks. With the new changes it became only 15 days and cost 3500 kwanzas, offering 100 minutes of voice for Movicel and 15 for other networks.
