The people of Vitória specified on their website that this was a "no cost deal", with the 'conquerors' taking 85 percent of the player's economic rights.

The 22-year-old winger has already won four Angolan championships, two super cups and one angolan cup, and will live out his first foreign experience serving the team led by Tiago Mendes.

"I want to register my name here. I want to represent Angola in Vitoria, show that the Angolans are good. I will give my best, help the team and achieve the goals of Vitoria," launched the reinforcement, which will wear the jersey 20.

Nelson da Luz admitted that he was "very anxious and very happy" to know that he was going to represent Vitória de Guimarães.

"An idol in his home country of Angola, the international for the main selection shows willingness to build a history in Portugal," said the Minho club.

For his part, the athlete stressed the way he was received in the new team, saying that he already feels "at home".

"I'm very happy to be here, it's an emotion that I can't explain, until today I don't believe I'm here in Vitoria," he said.
