According to a note from the national air carrier sent to VerAngola, the new service to Cabinda is added on Saturday, and passengers and customers will now benefit from 30 flights per week, starting on the 19th of August.
The company emphasizes that Cabinda is a destination with a high volume of traffic, and of the 30 weekly flights available, 25 are operated by a larger aircraft, the Boeing 737-700, with capacity for 120 passengers.
Only five services are performed by the Dash 8-400 model aircraft, with capacity for 74 passengers.
Thus, TAAG provides four connections to Cabinda on Monday and Tuesday, five connections on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, four connections on Saturday and three connections on Sunday.
With this increase in flights, TAAG claims to respond "positively to the expectations of its passengers and to the indicators of demand in the market", also noting its commitment to continue to focus on "improving the service of convenience to the customer", providing each connectivity to the domestic air market.
