In a statement, to which VerAngola had access, the institute indicates that the referred asset concerns an agricultural and livestock enterprise located in the province of Uíge, municipality of Sanza Pombo.
Those interested in participating in the contest must submit their application by 11:59 pm on the 26th of September, on the Electronic Auction Portal.
The electronic auction "will start on September 28, 2022 at 00:00 and end on the day immediately after at 1:59 pm", informs IGAPE.
The institute also mentions that the terms of reference of the tender "establish a period of visits, corresponding to the same period of applications, so that the investor can carry out the recognition and surveys necessary for a good assessment of the quality and value of the asset".
Thus, visits must be scheduled in advance. The appointment must be made by e-mail, indicating the "date on which the visit is intended to be carried out, as well as the number of participants for each interested entity, which cannot exceed five people, who are responsible for the costs inherent to their displacement".
