According to the data, the new infections were reported in Luanda (112), Huila (25), Benguela (24), Huambo (10), Namibe (eight), Moxico (six), Bié (five), Zaire (five), Lunda Norte (four), Lunda Sul (four), Cunene (three), Cabinda (two), Kwanza Sul (two) and Uige (one), between 3 and 83 years, being 133 males and 78 females.
In the same period, seven deaths were reported, five male and two female, between 7 and 93 years, two in Huila, the same number in Namibe, one in Benguela and the same number in Moxico and Zaire.
Meanwhile, 196 patients were considered recovered, from 15 to 93 years old, most of them reported in the province of Lunda Norte (96), followed by Huíla (40), Lunda Sul (18), Huambo (11), Bié, Luanda, Moxico (eight each), Cunene (six) and Cabinda (one).
The country counts 45,175 confirmed cases, 1125 deaths, 41,977 recovered from the disease and 2073 active cases, of which 12 are critical, 23 severe, 48 moderate, 30 mild and 1960 asymptomatic. 113 people are hospitalized, 229 are in institutional quarantine and 694 contacts are under epidemiological surveillance.
The laboratories processed 4930 samples by RT-PCR, pointing the cumulative to 869,072 samples processed to date, with a positivity rate of 5.2 percent.
At the entry and exit points of Luanda, 396 people were tested this Wednesday, on the basis of the antigen test.
