"All the issues that caused the works to be paralyzed have already been triggered. Before starting a new injection of money for the conclusion of the work, it was necessary to review the history of this work and all of this has been done," assured the official.
Speaking to Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA), the administrator said that the contractor is currently waiting and "as soon as the amounts to start the work begin to be made available".
"In function of the stoppage and the conclusion and more services that have been added," the work is "budgeted at around 550 million kwanzas," he said, adding that in a few days we may "see movement of work" at the hospital.
