Bodiva moved more than 500 million dollars in the second quarter of this year

In the second quarter of this year, the Angola Debt and Securities Exchange (Bodiva) moved over 500 million dollars. In a statement, Bodiva said that between April and June "1525 trades were carried out in the regulated markets" under its management, having moved the equivalent of 537.6 million dollars.

"During the second quarter of 2021, 1525 trades were carried out on the regulated markets under Bodiva management, moving a total of 345,059,159,660.10 kwanzas, equivalent to 537,682,191.84 dollars, which represents an increase of 1.78 percent over the same period," the note published on the exchange's website reads.

Bodiva also said that "the average monthly amount of trading was 115.01 billion kwanzas, with April being the month with the highest trading, at 146.60 billion kwanzas".

The number of deals concluded, compared to the previous quarter, "saw a rise of 9.95 percent," with a monthly average of 508 deals.
