The short film, which has Denis Miala's stamp on it, will compete in the competition in the "Best Independent Short Film" category.
Denis Miala was pleased that his film is part of the festival: "We are very happy that we have been chosen to participate in the 'Venice Shorts' international film festival. Our goal is for the public to see the film, to arouse passion and interest in cinema among sponsors, and to show that Angola also has technicians who can make quality films without necessarily having to go abroad," he said in an interview with Platinaline.
The recording sessions started in April, having been made in several areas of the capital. Post-production was completed last month, writes Platinaline.
José Inácio, José Dange and Asfélcia Contreiras are part of the film's cast.
