In total 1099 jobs will be created, mainly in the construction sector. The province of Lunda Norte will generate 570 jobs and Malanje will create the remaining 529 jobs.
According to Angop, the contract has an 18-month execution period.
The work establishes the rehabilitation of 300 kilometers of the section linking Malanje and Lunda Norte. This rehabilitation will be divided into five parcels, which were awarded this Monday to Sino-Hydro, Anrgdy, Crbc, Carmon and Matra by the Minister of Public Works and Territorial Planning, Manuel de Almeida.
The Governor stated that the Executive gave primacy to this work, despite the financial problems caused by covid-19, because it is fundamental for the promotion of socio-economic development of the country.
