According to the person in charge of the Institutional Communication and Press Office of SIC Luanda, Fernando Carvalho, the incident occurred on the 6th, in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi.
"Due to family disagreements, [the man] appeared inside his residence at one in the morning, with very violent acts, beginning to attack his wife's family members, including his wife, took a stick and hit the child's skull, which ended up dying ", explained Fernando Carvalho.
