According to Ariete Figueira, Deputy Director General for Training at the National Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (INEFOP), the focus of this school's construction "is on streamlining training in the fashion industry, adapting it to market demands with modern equipment and strong industry participation."

The director reported that the construction is already complete and that the center is now being equipped: "The civil works are finished, now we are in the equipment phase."

Quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA), Ariete Figueira stated that the center should begin operating in the next training cycle, that is, in 2026.

"The expected operation is for the next training cycle, which will be at the beginning of next year," she stated.

Budgeted at 400 million kwanzas, this center is expected to generate, in the initial phase, about ten jobs.

"The investment is worth 400 million. The center is located within the Cazenga vocational training center and initially expects to create 10 jobs," said the director.

According to the RNA, once opened, the center will be able to train more than 1000 people annually.
