The establishment will offer a variety of products at low prices, ranging from basic goods, cleaning products, personal hygiene, fresh products, bakery, pastry, restaurants, among others, according to a statement from the group, cited by Angop.

Built in the space of half a year, the new supermarket provided 45 jobs, mainly occupied by young people from the region.

However, the group does not intend to stop there. As part of the initiative's growth and viability plan, it plans to open, within the next five years, 250 commercial establishments across the country, both in the format of proximity stores and cash and carry.

Likewise, the statement, cited by Angop, states that 95 percent of national brands will be available and collaborations will be established with local greengrocers in order to promote entrepreneurship.

According to a brief note, published on BB Eskebra's Facebook page and to which VerAngola had access, on the opening day a bus will be made available for anyone who wants to travel to the opening of the new space.

Those who want to go to the inauguration and need a ride can take transport from three different places: Lobito, Catumbela and Benguela.

The bus starts running at 7:30 am and can be caught at the stops Centralidade do Lobito, Gama Beach, Rádio Lobito, Zona Alta, 28 Mercado do Africano (Lobito); Estação, Luongo and Kero (Catumbela) and also in Benguela at Cruz Vermelha, Cavaco, Largo da Peça, Martins e Neves, Piaget (grace stop).
