"We have in this memorandum established the possibility of up to seven weekly frequencies for passengers with the third and fourth freedom established, also seven frequencies for cargo with the possibility of exercising the fifth freedom," said the official, quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).
ANAC's PCA also considered that the document will make it possible to open and liberalize Angola's airspace in the international market: "This will clearly be evidence of what national policy is in the field of civil aviation. we have raised a lot about the liberalization of the air market, about investment and attraction of new companies to Angola, in a phase in which we look at what is a means and the capacity to be able to feed it with traffic", she indicated, quoted by the RNA.
The memorandum - which, according to Angop, was negotiated last week, in Luxembourg - provides for the name of the airlines to operate the route table with third and fourth freedom traffic rights in the case of passengers and fifth freedom in the case of load case.
