President of the Republic reappoints the Board of Directors of the National Press

The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, reappointed the Board of Directors of the National Press. Thus, the position of chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA) of the company will continue to be occupied by Lando Teta.

According to a note from the Presidency of the Republic, which VerAngola had access to, it was through a decree that the head of state appointed Lando Teta as PCA of the National Press.

Leonel Pires Magalhães (executive director for the Technical and Technologies Area), Manuel António (executive director for the Administrative Area and Human Resources), Manuel João da Fonseca (non-executive director) and Rodeth Teresa Mákina Gil (non-executive director) were also appointed.

Previously, in another decree, João Lourenço "brought to an end the mandate of the members of the Board of Directors of Imprensa Nacional - Public Company", which was composed of Lando Sebastião Teta (PCA), Leonel Pires Magalhães (executive director for the Technical and Technologies), Manuel António (executive director for the Administrative Area and Human Resources) Manuel João da Fonseca (non-executive director) and Rodeth Teresa Mákina Gil (non-executive director).
