According to a note sent to VerAngola, the new shopping mall - which is located on Via Expresso - towards Viana-Benfica, on Estrada do Kikuxi, in Luanda - comprises 35 stores, includingAngoMart, Seaside, Ópticas Okutala, Bancos BIC e BNI, Livraria Universo, among others.
According to the note, "the new shopping center in Viana has a gross leasable area of approximately 20,000 square meters and 300 parking spaces".
This initiative by the Yewhing group, according to the statement, represents an investment of over 1.5 billion kwanzas, having ensured the generation of around 500 direct and indirect jobs.
The infrastructure will operate between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm and "is anchored by leading brands in their respective sectors of activity, such as the furniture and decoration store Mundo da Casa and the children's playground Mundo da Criança".
