The tender has as its objective the Assignment of the Right to Exploration and Management of the referred network to a private company, under a 10-year contract, with no purchase option, and includes twelve stores, with an average of six thousand square meters of sales area, of the eight of which are located in Luanda province and four in the remaining provinces, namely, Benguela, Huila and Huambo.
The tender was opened by Joint Dispatch No. 2629/21 of 7 July, of the Minister of Finance and Industry and Commerce, and national and international investors, duly qualified, may participate.
In a statement sent to VerAngola, IGAPE informs that interested parties must submit their proposals by 6:30 pm on September 3rd, following the requirements set out in the Procedure Program and Specifications that are available on the IGAPE website.
It should be recalled that the Kero Hyper and Supermarkets Network is the main unit of the Zahara Group, an Angolan business group, which is dedicated to the sectors of transformation, distribution and retail of consumer, food and non-food goods.
