The approval to open additional supplementary credits in the General State Budget (OGE) 2021 for development support expenses and Public Investment Program (PIP) projects of both budget units are described in presidential dispatches consulted by Lusa on Monday.
In presidential dispatch no. 179/21 of July 20, João Lourenço justifies the additional credit to the GOE, in the amount of 28.8 billion kwanzas, taking into account the expenses to support the development and public investment of that body.
The additional supplementary credit opened, notes the law, will be made available "according to payment needs and cash availability.
João Lourenço also approved, in an order already published in the Official Gazette, an additional supplementary credit of 87.9 billion kwanzas for the Ministry of Transportation to meet the expenses of PIP projects.
Under the terms of the said order, the additional credit to the ministerial body will be made available "according to the needs for payment of services performed within the scope of the implementation of the project with guaranteed funding".
