The guidance is contained in a circular that emphasizes that teaching activities in education and teaching institutions continue to be suspended, due to the covid-19, since last March, so there is a need to adopt alternative measures, which allow the maintenance of pedagogical activities and minimum administrative services, as well as in-service training for teachers in primary and secondary schools.
Employees, according to their specific duties, must organize and classify school archives, the library and books, resize teaching hours and organize classrooms according to the guidelines of health authorities on matters of biosafety.
Teachers and administrative staff should also prepare advertising posters about the covid-19 pandemic and biosafety measures and carry out training courses with transversal themes, taking advantage of the human potential existing in the school, and preparing weekly tasks to make available to students.
Classes have been suspended since March in the country, due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus, which has already caused 47 deaths in Angola out of a total of 1000 cases.
