In a statement to which VerAngola had access, the Ministry of Public Administration, Labor, and Social Security reported that the opening of this facility "is part of the strategy to revitalize and expand the National Network of Training Centers, promoted by the National Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (INEFOP), in line with the Executive's commitment under the National Development Plan (PDN 2023–2027)."

"The expansion program aims to increase the offerings of the National Vocational Training System (SNFP), with a focus on social inclusion, gender equality, employability, skills development, and practices tailored to the demands of the labor market," the statement reads.

The pavilion, which begins operating this Tuesday, according to Angop, aims to provide technical and vocational training to young people to contribute to the country's development.
