The event will be held via video conference, with the participation of finance ministers and central bank governors from several countries, as well as senior entities from international financial institutions.
"Facing the Covid-19 crisis: restoring sustainable capital flows and robust financing for development" is the central theme of the meeting, indicates a statement from the Ministry of Finance.
According to the organ, the results of this conference should serve to feed the international reflection underway with regard to the world economy.
The results will also be analyzed and debated at the next meeting of finance ministers and central bank governors of the G20, which will take place later this month.
It is recalled that the G20 is a group formed by these leaders of the 19 largest economies in the world.
