The information advanced this Wednesday by the spokesman of the local SIC, Sebastião Vika, quoted by Angop, says that the detainee has already been present to the Public Ministry.
The incident, which occurred at the weekend, involved the street vendor of fruits and a group of inspectors, with the arrest being made on Tuesday, at the interrogation session of those involved.
After assuming himself as the perpetrator of the aggression, which left the woman with injuries in the area of the lower abdomen, the arrest of the inspector was determined.
The victim, due to serious injuries, was taken to the operating room at Hospital “Agostinho Neto”, where she underwent surgery to remove blood clots in the bladder.
Such cases are recurrent in the province of Huíla and this year alone, 12 situations of aggression against street vendors have already been registered, which ended with the removal, due to misconduct, of six inspectors from the municipal administration of Lubango, capital of Huíla.
