Speaking to journalists in Luanda, after meeting with his Portuguese counterpart, Paulo Rangel, Téte António stated that this "was an important moment to review the bilateral relationship" and an opportunity to analyze other areas where we intend to continue to boost this dynamic relationship and which involves identifying new legal instruments.

At stake are 17 legal instruments that are currently being negotiated, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Without detailing the agreements, Téte António indicated that they cover several economic areas, professional training and investments that could benefit Angola's internationalization in the region.

The head of Angolan diplomacy said that, in parallel with Luís Montenegro's visit, from the 23rd of July, Portuguese businesspeople will be present in Angola, as a Business Forum is being prepared, at the same time as the Luanda International Fair (Filda), which runs from the 23rd to the 28th of July.

With the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, the situation of conflicts at international and regional level was also analyzed, highlighting Sudan, a conflict that Téte António considered needed more intervention from the international community.
