Known as the main international event for catering and onboard services, at the fair – which took place from the 28th to the 30th of May, bringing together professionals and companies from around the world to share "innovations, trends and best practices in the industry" – the Angolan, as executive chef hired by LSG Sky Chefs in Angola, presented an "innovative dish that defied expectations and raised the standard of excellence in the inflight catering industry".
Regarding the dish, Anselmo Silvestre said he was inspired by several culinary influences.
"When creating this dish, I sought inspiration from diverse culinary influences, combining techniques and ingredients from different origins to offer a truly unique experience," said the chef.
His participation in the aforementioned feat, "not only demonstrates his exceptional skill, but also highlights the talent and creativity present in Angola", the statement also states.
