According to a statement sent to VerAngola, the inauguration ceremony was presided over by the provincial vice-governor for the political and social sector, Miguel dos Santos de Oliveira, representing the provincial governor of Cabinda.
After the traditional ribbon cutting, it was preceded by a ceremony held by the traditional authorities, where were present Quintas Marcelo Luemba, representative of the regent, the soba Fernando Munguila, João Matuda, neighborhood coordinator, and Marcos Builo, area coordinator. This event was also honored with the presence of Miguel Guilherme, deputy administrator for the social area in representation of the municipal administrator of Cabinda and by the director of the media office of the provincial government of Cabinda, Fernando Metusal.
The note also reports that 15 jobs were created in Cabinda, with the opening of this new space of Centrooptico, in a total investment of about 400 million kwanzas, which incorporates a laboratory that will allow the preparation of glasses in 60 minutes, for lenses in stock, allowing customers to make a consultation and immediately take their glasses home.
Centrooptico's human resources director, Arlete Clemente, quoted in the communiqué, indicated that the qualification of the teams is the brand's main concern. "Our technicians operate state-of-the-art technological systems, and must be trained to ensure a service aligned with the highest standards of quality and excellence in the two offices of consultations and examinations, this store, in the valences of Optometry, Ophthalmology and Contactology," she said.
Born seven years ago, Centrooptico is the largest network of eye and hearing health care in the country, now has 14 stores in Luanda, four in the provinces, in Benguela, Lobito and Lubango, and now in Cabinda, in addition to a logistics center, at the service of this structure, which continues to consolidate its path as an outstanding leader in the sector in which it operates.
"The training is a continuous bet of our organization, in order to ensure that we have the best professionals, and provide the best service to our customers, honoring our commitment to be at the service of their eye and hearing health (...)", explains the group administrator, Amyn Habib.
The Centrooptico de Cabinda is located at the Cabinda Shoprite, in the Neighborhood A Resistência, Municipality of Cabinda, and provides optometry consultations daily, on a first-come, first-served basis, with no need for previous booking, between 08h00 and 18h00 hours, from Monday to Saturday, closing on Sunday.
