This appointment is part of the initiative "Together and all for tourism," a project of the Institute of Tourism Promotion (Infotur) to be launched next Friday, June 25, and aims to draw the attention of the population to the universe of national tourism.
Afonso Vita, director-general of Infotur, considered that Angola has an exceptional position internationally and that this will help to promote tourism in the country.
Speaking to Angop, the responsible said to be optimistic with the participation of Maria Borges in the initiative, adding that other important figures will be chosen to also promote the national tourism.
About the project launch, the Infotur general director also made known that on that day will also be presented a song, created by Ricardo Lanvo and Yanick Afroman, which aims to promote tourism in the country and will be released a video clip that will have the participation of more than 200 people linked to the sector.
Maria Borges is also an ambassador for L'Oréal Paris, the face of an EcoAngola project and one of Victoria's Secret's angels.
