Leaving the tourism sector aside, Mário Mangueira said that the fund's experience with economic incentive measures varies between 300 and 500 million kwanzas, without a defined maximum ceiling, and is dependent on the attractiveness of the initiative itself, which can reach 800 million kwanzas.
In terms of financing requirements, according to the person responsible, initially, a credit request letter addressed to FACRA is required, as well as a business plan with five-year projections and also documents relating to the personal identification of those who promote the project. However, he made it known that orders are not yet being received, however, in the capital, they can be delivered to FACRA, as well as by email (projectos@facra.gov.ao). Outside the capital, in cases in the interior of Angola, they can be delivered to the provincial economic and integrated development offices.
