Henrique Costa, head of Unitel's innovation department, cited by Angop, said that the event also has approximately 20 institutional stands and 55 speakers, both national and international.
According to a statement from the National Institute for Support to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM), to which VerAngola had access, the number of participants includes "startups from the interior (other provinces, outside the capital) and international (Brazil, Portugal and Macau), in addition to the confirmation of more than 45 presentations at conversation tables".
However, according to the organization - cited in the note - "the last open confirmations for the occupation of places in the fair space, whether for normal exhibitors (institutions) or for startups, no longer leave room for more memberships or registrations for the event".
Over the three days of the event, it is expected that there will be "an exhibition of more than 120 exhibiting startups, more than 50 startup pitches, investment rounds for more than one startup, ideation sessions", among other activities, says the note.
The summit's schedule, according to Angop, also includes a female leadership conference, as well as others on entrepreneurship and innovation, aimed at searching for investment opportunities.
According to INAPEM, promoter of the event in partnership with Unitel, "access to watch the event is free, subject to limited space capacity", with interested parties able to visit the space between 9am and 6pm, at except for the day the event opens, when the doors to the public open at 11am.
The event's motto is "Fostering new business models and verticals to diversify the economy", covering three main points related to the acceleration and incubation of ideation to the market, financing and networking.
