The illegal exercise of financial activity by an unauthorized or qualified entity, constitutes both a crime and a very serious misdemeanor, punishable by a fine, among other sanctions, with the process running its legal procedures, advances the BNA.
The Angolan regulator calls on financial institutions and the general public to refrain from establishing business relationships with this company, as well as its promoters, under penalty of criminal and contraventional liability.
