According to an order from the Constitutional Court (TC) published in the Diário da Republica, the installation commission delivered the documents required for party registration, namely the statutes, program and other party identification elements.

The legal minimum number of 7,500 signatures from applicant citizens was also found to be valid, of which 150 corresponded to each of the country's 18 provinces.

The Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA), the National Front for the Liberation of Angola (FNLA), the Democratic Bloc (BD), and the Social Renewal Party (PRS).

The others qualified are the Democratic Party for Progress of Angolan National Alliance (PDP-ANA), the Support Party for Democracy and Development of Angola-Patriotic Alliance (PADDA-AP), the Angolan Majority Free Alliance Party (PALMA ), the Angolan Pacific Party (PPA), the National Salvation Party of Angola (PNSA) and the Atlantic Democratic Party (PDA).

Last April, the Constitutional Court was still evaluating 10 requests from commissions to install political parties, as Mauro Alexandre, director of the political parties office at the Constitutional Court, told Radio Nacional de Angola at the time.

Also noteworthy is the case of the political project Partido do Renascimento Angolano–Juntos Por Angola (PRA-JA) Servir Angola, by Abel Chivukuvuku, which has been fighting for legalization since 2019, having been rejected several times, the last of which in December 2020, when the TC gave a negative response to an appeal by PRA-JA Servir Angola.
