Armindo Canji, 21, known as Mindinho in Angola, played for Kabuscorp after training at Petro de Luanda and then with Interclube.

"I hope to be at my best at all times and help the club achieve its goals. My strengths are my speed and strength. I like to say I have everything a center-back needs, and I can also play as a defensive midfielder," said the player.

Portimonense, coached by Tiago Fernandes, who succeeds Ricardo Pessoa, has already confirmed a total of 14 signings for the new season.

The Portimão team, which has one win this preseason, makes its home debut against Penafiel, in a match scheduled for the weekend of August 9th and 10th.
