"The TC does not have any of these processes (related to parties) pending at the moment", said the President of the judicial institution, Laurinda Cardoso, during a seminar on the electoral process aimed at media professionals.

The counselor judge also stated that the TC publishes the judgments, but not the orders on its website, so not all decisions are publicly disclosed.

"Many times there have been decisions regarding certain matters, it's just that they haven't been publicly released and the parties have already been notified, but they haven't released the answer either," she said.

In this case, there will be a precautionary measure by the opposition parties, regarding the transparency of the electoral act, which will have already been decided, but whose dispatch has not been made public.

Laurinda Cardoso also pointed out that, with regard to the proceedings of the TC, the cases are presented at a stage of litigation and sent for consideration by this body, but the court also intervenes in the annotation of the congresses of the parties.

He recalled that the six political organizations that held their congresses last year saw them duly noted in March.

"We don't have any pending annotation process", underlined the judge.

The constitutionalist and professor Leandro Ferreira, who also participated in the seminar, considered, for his part, that the TC is one of the fastest judicial bodies in the country, welcoming the ability to make quick decisions in an electoral period, which is "one of the most tiring things" .
