The law applies to public authorities, holders of their bodies, officials and public agents, including legal persons under private law and their workers, holders of corporate bodies and legal representatives.
This was one of the diplomas considered, in the scope of the reform of justice and law, at the meeting of the Council of Ministers, alongside the law that approves the Labor Procedure Code.
This law, according to a statement to which Lusa had access, aims to "systematize, harmonize and bring together all the labor procedural rules in force, in the same diploma and adapt them to the current constitutional reality and to the new context of legal-labor relations and labor conflicts ".
