According to the epidemiological bulletin of the National Directorate of Public Health, released this Thursday, the new positive cases were registered in the provinces of Luanda (125), Huambo (35), Huíla (7), Cabinda (5), Benguela (4), Zaire (2) and one in the province of Malanje.
The three deaths were reported in the provinces of Luanda, Cabinda and Huila.
The authorities said that laboratories processed, in this period, 3535 samples by RT-PCR and the cumulative points to 580,491 processed samples with a positivity rate of 5.8 percent.
Angola, which has been in a situation of public calamity for a year, with its 13th extension in force, now has a total of 33.607 cases, of which 745 deaths, 27.529 recovered from the disease and 5333 active cases.
