The new cases were reported in Luanda (229), Huila (41), Huambo (9), Namibe (4), Cabinda (3), Cunene (3), Bengo (1), Benguela (1) and Lunda Sul (1), with ages between 11 months and 86 years, being 166 males and 126 females.
In this period 10 deaths were reported (nine Angolans and one Brazilian citizen), six males and four females, aged between 6 and 60 years, nine in Luanda and one in Huambo. However, three people between 38 and 60 years old recovered from the disease.
The laboratories processed 3887 samples by RT-PCR and the cumulative points to 564,991 tests, with a positivity rate of 5.7 percent.
The updated epidemiological picture counts 32,441 cases, 26,778 recovered, 4938 active (of which 11 critical and 47 severe), as well as 725 deaths.
A total of 271 patients are hospitalized and 31 people are in institutional quarantine.
