"This phase includes a series of measures designed to ensure a better balance between the health strategy of preventing and combating covid-19 and the need to gradually relaunch economic activity and a return to normal social life", the note stresses.
The country currently has 71 positive cases of infection with the new coronavirus, including four deaths, 49 active and stable cases and 18 recovered.
On a global level, according to an assessment by the AFP news agency, the covid-19 pandemic has already caused more than 346,000 deaths and infected more than 5.5 million people in 196 countries and territories.
Almost 2.2 million patients have been considered cured.
In Africa, there are 3478 confirmed deaths in more than 116,000 infected in 54 countries, according to the latest pandemic statistics on the continent.
