João Lourenço changes the Board of Directors of the National Air Navigation Company

The President of the Republic has made changes to the Board of Directors of the National Air Navigation Company (ENNA), having dismissed Júlio Furtado from his position as executive director, but decided to reappoint Bernarda de Paiva Henrique to the position of President of the Board of Directors (PCA).

According to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic, to which VerAngola had access, João Lourenço signed, this Wednesday, "a decree ending the mandate of the entities that make up the Board of Directors of the National Air Navigation Company (ENNA, EP)".

Thus, was dismissed Bernarda de Paiva Henrique (Chairman of the Board of Directors); Julio Cesar de Oliveira Furtado (executive director); José Agostinho Gonçalves (executive director); Antonio Borges Pereira (executive director); Celso Ludgero Amaro Gaspar (executive director); Joaquim Dias dos Santos Neto (non-executive director); and Altair Rossendo de Carvalho Silva (non-executive director).

In another decree, also signed this Wednesday, the head of state decided to reappoint the PCA of ENNA, thus appointing Bernarda de Paiva Henrique to this position.

The following were appointed as executive directors: Celso Ludgero Amaro Gaspar, José Agostinho Gonçalves, António Borges Pereira and Helsio Mauro Ribeiro Epalanga.

Joaquim Dias dos Santos Neto and Altair Rossendo de Carvalho Silva were appointed to the positions of non-executive directors.
