At the session, a set of guidelines was approved, highlighting a study on the levels of juvenile delinquency, "with greater incidence in the neighborhood of Rastas, in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi", said the provincial government, in a statement to which VerAngola had access.

According to the note, 173 gangs were identified - characterized as social, violent and delinquent - that have been dismantled "with police measures, but whose neutralization still lacks a multisectoral work, so the meeting" this Monday "approved the creation of a provincial commission to deal with this issue at the level of all municipalities".

"The meeting also analyzed the sustainability of the contractual link between occasional inspectors and municipal administrations, it being certain that, in the near future, a solution more in line with current reality should be found", reads the note.

The GPL also reported that with regard to the Trade Reorganization Program, it was evident the strengthening of the maintenance "of the gains obtained at the level of Avenida Fidel de Castro Ruz", as well as the recommendation to start immediately "the process on the avenues Sérgio Luther Rescova , Canon Manuel das Neves, Ngola Kiluanji, Rua Rei Mandume, Rua das Gajajeiras, Rua 17 do Cassequel do Buraco and the entire surroundings of Largo da Teixeira".

The governor of Luanda, Manuel Homem, chaired the meeting, which was attended by provincial delegates, municipal administrators, as well as directors and advisors.
