I would like the work that is being developed to be a model for Africa. Those who dedicate themselves the most will have our academic and sporting support, because what we intend is to help new stars be born", said, quoted by Angop.

During the visit, which took in the school's facilities, the basketball player planted a tree – as a symbol of preserving the environment – and also had time to teach the Kandengues some 'techniques'.

It is recalled that, in July 2021, the French Embassy in Angola, the French Development Agency and the Formigas do Cazenga School signed a memorandum in order to promote the training of distance coaches and the supply of sports material for the project. . The agreement also covered the repair of the sports court, painting the floor and the placement of ten new basketball hoops.

The Formigas do Cazenga club is led by the former leader of the Angolan Basketball Federation, Nguabi Salvador. It has 300 children of both sexes who, in addition to learning sports, also have access to academic training.

Under this protocol, the Angolan basketball player Sara Caetano attends the Tony Parker Academy, in France, where she benefits from a scholarship.
