According to the defense, the reading of the judgment, of this summary trial that began on Monday, was scheduled for 10:30 am, but so far the session has not started because another trial is taking place in the seventh section of the court.

Since the early hours of the day, he has been present at the Luanda District Court, in the center of the capital, the delay in starting the session has been visible, causing growing dissatisfaction and indignation among those present.

The defense, the defendants, with suspended freedom, family and friends are impatiently waiting for the start of the trial, with the mood increasingly altered, which has already led to a heated exchange of words between one of the lawyers and police officers at the scene.

Screams and cries of a lawyer, who is part of the group that defends the activists, were heard in one of the corridors of the second floor of the Dona Ana Joaquina building, after she verified that one of her constituents had been threatened with arrest by the police.

The heat that is felt in the hall of the court's waiting room, where the fans and air conditioning equipment do not work and there is a lack of chairs for everyone to settle in, contributes to aggravating the revolt of those present.

Disobedience to the dispersion order and riot are the crimes attributed to the 22 activists, including two women, one being pregnant and the other being in court with the baby in her arms, as she was arrested on Saturday.
