PGR with its own facilities until July

Until July, the Attorney General's Office may have its own premises. The announcement is from Hélder Pitta Grós, Attorney General of the Republic, who indicated that the new accommodations are located in Ingombota.

The prosecutor explained that the future installations will allow the aggregation of the institution's various services in a single building, writes Angop.

Speaking in the context of a tribute in life to retired magistrates and retired justice technicians - within the framework of the week of legality, alluding to the 43rd anniversary of the entity which is celebrated on April 27 -, Pitta Grós took the opportunity to mention that currently the PGR has 680 magistrates, and, this year, another 150 may increase this figure.

He also left a promise that next week he will provide information about the asset recovery process.

Cited by Angop, the official also took the opportunity to mention that the process to reduce the excess of preventive detention in prisons is still ongoing.
