During the visit, which served to the Ministry of Education to analyse whether or not the printing company has the capacity to print schoolbooks for the three education cycles, the company administrator explained that they work "with all commercial products made of paper, such as books, magazines, newspapers, pamphlets.
Cited by Angop, Délcio Gama said that the company has conditions to respond to the request of the government, adding that they have "plenty of raw material in stock" that "allows them to start printing school books as soon as they are requested".
He emphasized that the printing company was created with the objective of responding to large orders and added that the raw material used is usually imported.
Délcio Gama also revealed that the company monthly invoices around 200 million kwanzas and indicated that despite having lost some clients with the pandemic, orders continue to arrive.
In her turn, the director of the Study, Planning and Statistics Office of the Ministry of Education, Irene Neto Figueiredo, explained that the visit to the printer served to analyze the production capacity, how it works, which machines it uses and what kind of services it may provide to the Ministry in the future.
"We are visiting several printers in order to see who can be our partner. We were pleased with what we saw, with the capacity and speed of the work that is being done here," he indicated.
